So what’s it all about? Last year a whole bunch-a-photographers thought it’d be fun to do a photowalk on the same day, around the world. Now it’s an annual event and has attracted some pretty major sponsorship including Nikon, Adobe, Kelby Training, B&H Photo, Manfrotto (Bogen Imaging), Wacom, Peachpit and Drobo - to name just a few.

Want to get involved? If you’re in the south west then almost certainly your nearest photowalk is in Braunton, North Devon and it’s hosted by me! You can sign up by following the instructions at the link above. Otherwise - just turn up at Crow Point Car Park at the end of the Toll Road around 1445 on Saturday 18th July with any kind of camera and ask for Matt.

Once you get home, you need to download your pics, select your best image(s) and upload them to the site (details on the day) to be in with a chance to win the top prize, worth over £6000, or one of the runners up prizes.
